At Cassegrain Kalara® Tea Tree Oil we are proud of our to be able to provide our customers the ability to trace their oil all the way back to the plantation; the field the oil was harvested from and the date.
We are so thorough that on every bottle we can show you the exact field that it came from, when it was harvested and also the exact potency of the oil which we have independently tested for you to include consumer safety, purity, efficacy and environmental sustainable farming practices.
ALL OILS ARE NOT THE SAME
As the proven effectiveness of 100% pure Australian Melaleuca alternifolia tea tree oil becomes more widely recognised, unadulterated and synthetic oils masquerading as tea tree oil have become more readily available in supermarkets and pharmacies around Australia and the world.
Often oils claiming to be tea tree oils are blends or even different species of oil which do not offer the same medicinal benefits. Others are blended from different sources of origin such as China and Kenya.
The Cassegrain plantation forms part of the world’s only natural habitat for the Melaleuca alternifolia plant (tea tree) and with a climate and soil quality that is ideal for this species. This allows us to farm the trees in the most environmentally sustainable way possible, using natural rainfall to irrigate the trees and maintaining a high natural resilience to pests.
We produce our tea tree oil using sustainable farming practices in accordance with the Australian Tea Tree Industry Association’s (ATTIA) Code of Practice. Our careful methods extract the essential oil gently and naturally.
