Tea Tree Oil

 

I've got sensitive skin, can I use tea tree oil? 

Undiluted tea tree oil is very potent and may cause sensitive skin to react. We advise our customers to test a small amount on their skin and allow 24hours to pass before making a decision on the product. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. However, please keep in mind that tea tree oil have multiple applications, besides aiding skin health.

 

Can I use tea tree oil while pregnant? 

Do not use topically while pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised so by your medical practitioner.

 

Can I eat/cook with tea tree oil? 

NO. Tea tree oil is not to be consumed in any form, please only use topically on skin. 

 

CAUTION: If swallowed or adverse reaction occurs, seek medical assistance immediately or call the Australian Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 (24 hours).

 

Can I use tea tree oil on my pet? 

Although tea tree oil is effective in treating certain skin conditions in pets only small concentrations (0.1% to 1%) of tea tree oil is tolerated and safe for cats and dogs. The use of dilutions of 100 percent tea tree oil should be avoided in pets as it is too easy to miscalculate the amount of oil to use. Tea tree oil is toxic, to both humans and pets, if taken orally. Given the tendency of pets to groom, especially cats, the toxicity risk of accidental oral ingestion from topical applications is great. Remember that tea tree oil should be safely stored away from pets or children.

Which payment methods does Cassegrain accept? 

Payment can be made by all major credit cards through secure PayPal. 

 

Why is my credit card not being accepted?

When making your payment please check that;

  1. There are no spaces in your credit card number;

  2. Your billing address is the same as the address on your credit card; and

  3. Your name appears exactly the same as on the card.

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please check with your bank or financial institution. If problems continue, please contact our team.

 

Is GST included in my order?

Yes, all prices are GST inclusive. 

 

I'm not from Australia, do you ship overseas?

You can only order to Australia through the web shop. Please contact us via email to place your international order.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We always try to accomodate any changes that may arise however we  process and pack your order as quickly as possible once your order has been placed. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it hasn’t left the warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or redirect your delivery to another address.
